In the process of the implementation of QA processes in the organisation, I deep dive in the Agile methodology and scrum and got keen interest in the same which led me to gain more practical knowledge about the Agile methodology and Scrum.To fullfil the same I learned and gained certification of Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM 1) from Scrum.Org and started my journey as Scrum Master/Project Manager.As an enthusiastic QA turned in to Scrum Master I worked towards enforcement of Agile project execution within the the project teams gaining experience of more than 4 years in project execution.Through out the tenure I worked with different clients (B2C clients) like StirCrazyKids, TyneTunnels, Horizon, Liminal, Synergy etc.Roles & Responsibilities :--Responsible for facilitating agile sprint ceremonies for 5 to 6 scrum teams.(Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Demo, Daily Stand-ups)-Track and manage project execution and time tracking in accordance with the company's solution delivery roadmap and financial management practices.-Measure the team’s velocity & work with the team to continually improve.-Ensure stories and tasks are properly estimated depending on the complexity and calculate the remaining hours.-Create reports and provide product development dashboards to the management and senior leadership.-Provide day-to-day coordination, support, and coaching to the team to encourage the adoption of scrum methodologies best practices.-Coaching team member and on-boarding new teams with the setup of working processes along with maintaining customer values.

I joined SoluteLabs Pvt Ltd as Quality Assurance Engineer. Worked for a year on different projects to deliver a stable product to clients with new features. Worked with clients like Reelo, The Ken, Synergy etc.In the tenure worked towards settings up QA processes for the organisation and enforcing to get the processes implemented. Guided QA team and other supporting Development team for the same.

I started my professional journey as a Software test engineer at StayInfront Pvt. Ltd.I worked for over a year by gaining knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance and product life cycle for our products of consumer goods management.Post a year I shifted to work with Australia based client department to manage and work on dedicated client requirement to manage and deliver our CG product to the clients with a bug free working product.I worked for Australia department more a 2 years and worked on delivering critical product upgrades to all the existing and new clients 4+ times working with team size of 4-10 through out my tenure.Here I also managed requirements, CR, QA product life cycle execution for the products, Daily scrum meetings, etc.
