As a senior graphic designer in a team that consist of two designers under me. I am responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance as we work on go-to-market (GTM) projects.My role involves not only overseeing the design process but also fostering a creative environment that encourages innovation and collaboration. As a graphic designer from the headquarters, my responsibilities can consist of a combination of project leadership, design execution, and people management.1. Design Execution: I create creative briefs, art direction, and design all necessary graphic assets for GTM projects. These assets encompass key visuals, website designs, photography materials, 3D elements and more. For the branding side, I create static and animated artworks that uphold our brand image both internally and externally.2. Project leadership: I supervise and communicate with all the outsourced agencies.3. People Management: I supervise and support regional design team, ensuring consistent adherence to our brand design guidelines across online, offline campaigns, events and more. Reviewing and interview new hires for regionals designer.
