Working with a team of electricians and general tradesmen in delivering on the maintenance and operations of the East Kootenay substations and small generating stations.

Responsible for developing justification for capital replacements, monitoring major projects, and managing projects locally.

Sustain and improve the maintenance program at the GMS generating station. I provide maintenance servicing and troubleshooting support during overhauls and deal directly with electrical crews to aid in investigations. Review outages to determine root causes and propose/implement solutions. Design and implement various small projects to improve the plant process as well as to make improvement to the plant.
