• research and design UI & UX for a blockchain-based game portal, also its individual gameplay/functions• illustrate design ideas using sitemaps, user flows, and prototypes• develop UI mockups and prototypes that demonstrate how the features function • propose practical solutions to meet requirements from both two teams (Technology and Product team)• save the coding effort for developers by planning the animation's frames and progress in great detail while still keeping up the outcome to a high standard• consistently build and contribute new UI elements/components to the Design System• daily collaborate with developers to troubleshoot UX problems and optimize user flows• iron out the workflow's sync of hand-off sessions between the Technology & Product team with extensive directly notes on design files• revise UI & UX based on internal team and stakeholder's feedback• in charge of UX writing and content strategy when the project is at its early stage of development

• work closely with Paid Ad Specialist/Community Manager to produce video and static ads and improvements based on statics and realistic results of engagement/conversion• redesign the company's identity and strengthen the brand consciousness by releasing an asset library for different departments and keeping the consistency of its guideline in a variety of mediums• in charge of executing UI for new products' webpages on desktop and mobile• brainstorm with the Communications, and Growth team to get user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) improved on existing pages• regularly revamp UI/UX to boost up the engagement of users/affiliate/referral programs• help Business Development department with collaterals, infographics, and materials to reach out to potential partners, affiliates, etc. more efficient• ensure front-end developers deliver features as close as approved design
