ZenMarketing offers a Unified Marketing Console for marketers who invest in a portfolio of channels and initiatives to acquire users of mobile apps and web properties. Underlying the Console is an advanced platform that aggregates, validates, repairs and integrates spend data, attribution data, revenue data and behavioral data from all of the marketer's ad networks, DSPs, agencies, attribution companies, and internal systems. The ZenMarketing Console enables marketers to then slice and dice their data to measure ROI for granular cohorts using numbers that the marketers can trust. The result is that marketers can realize a higher return on the capital they deploy across their portfolio of investments.Representative customers included Uber, Lyft, Spotify, Netease, Zynga. Managed over 200M of annual spend.

Led a 5 person executive team (product, engineering, finance, operations, business development, customer care) on a weekly basis to set strategy, measure key results, execute weekly projects, and align with strategic priorities. Hired and managed a 25 person organization (product/engineering/design/finance), implementing a local ecommerce engine that linked end local businesses to businesses providing the entire experience around menu, ordering, payment, and fulfillment. The payment system was a transactional and subscription system with ability to split payments across vendors, customers, and businesses accepting CC and ACH. In the last 5 months, I managed a team of 60+ people (full time plus contractors) streamlining all aspects of the entire company. Led engineering execution and launched the product in 2 months with 3 engineers.

Co-created Farmville from MyMiniLife technology. The Farmville engine subsequently is standarized as the common infrastructure for Zynga. Farmville has won awards from the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences, Crunchies, and Game Developers Conference (top industry awards). Farmville has over 200M registered users. Product execution and launch of Farmville features, Farmville.com, and Farmville iPhone. Full stack development of Farmville. Executed on corporate development projects including Microsoft, Yahoo, Zynga Japan, and Zynga corporate strategy.Farmville 1 & 2 made over 3 billion dollars and reached over 500M users (non-deduped).

Launched and grew MyMiniLife.com and MyMiniLife based social networking applications, a virtual decoration site to 4 million registered users, growing ~20% month over month.Co-created Farmville, which was a joint project between Zynga and MyMiniLife. All rights to the farm game was owned from week 1 to 3 of creation by MyMiniLife, Inc. and post acquisition, week 4/5 was owned by Zynga and was subsequently rebranded to Farmville. Farmville was launched in week 5. Managed a team of 4 full time employees, 6 contractors (design/artists/translators/programmers), 6 advisors (PR, Design, Scalability, Advertising, Art). Lead all aspects of the business: architecting/implementing the original product, product and user experience, technology direction, scaling, system administration, fundraising, legal work, recruiting, and merger & acquisition. Was the sole founder from July 2006 to December 2007, the company was called Mocha Soft, LLC.
