This is one great lesson in marketing, creative thinking and quick action.During this crazy ride I had the opportunity to work on many projects. If I were to list the 3 most important, they would be:1. Just Join Olympics 2018 - Olympics for programmers. Crazy delivery time, ~ 2.5 months. Huge amount of work to create this project from scratch. A project full of unknowns, stress, but also persistence in bringing it to an end. Effect? Over 300 participants - everyone satisfied. In addition, companies were asking us about partnerships for the next edition during the event. (Aftermovie in attachments)2. Instagram company profile. Neglected for a long time came to me with a task to make it better. A good idea and thoughtful implementation brought the expected results. The profile has been revived, and single post views have increased by up to 13,000. There is also a significant increase in engagement and followers. (Instagram available under the name "justjoin.it")3. Company booth at Infoshare 2019. Limited time, budget and human resources. Plus one of the worst places on the venue. What comes out of such a mix? Mostly a flap. But we created a booth that the developers were looking for themselves and willingly stayed with us for longer. All we needed was a pinball game, a quiz, stickers and rubber ducks. (Photo of our stand in the attachments)What exactly am I doing at JJIT? For example:- community animation in Facebook groups,- running Instagram, Twitter, and part of activities on Facebook fanpage,- creating graphics for our communication,- creative work on image-building campaigns, which includes creating copy + graphics or copy itself (e.g. King Dev - graphic from the campaign in the attachment),- email marketing (communication both B2B and B2C),- conceptual work on our video formats,- lots of other things I don't remember now ;) -
Event ManagerInfoshare Conference May 2018 - Mar 2019Gdańsk, Poland6000+ participants, 200 speakers, 176 lectures, 500+ startups. These are the figures showing the size of Infoshare 2018.It isn't something usual to organize the largest technology conference in Poland. That is why I tried with the stubbornness of a maniac to have the opportunity to do so. 2 years of participating in the conference as a volunteer paid off and brought almost a year's cooperation with a really great team.What did I do during this period? Among others:- team support in the final implementation phase of Infoshare 2018 (contact with speakers, service before, during and after the conference),- editing post-conference video materials,- marketing team support (content marketing, email marketing),- active participation in creating the visual identity of the Infoshare AI Roadshow 2018 project (graphics, animations).Cooperation with Infoshare was a great time, when I had also opportunity to find my marketing specialization, as well as I developed in many aspects, because the team began to undergo structural changes, and the company itself was undergoing a rebranding process in which the whole team was strongly involved. -
Event ManagerPipeline Summit Dec 2017 - Mar 2019Gdansk, PolandPipeline Summit is one of the most substantive conferences on online marketing and sales in the B2B sector.The conference stands out from other marketing events with a strong emphasis on foreign speakers. Agenda always surprises with interesting names and experienced specialists from other countries.1 year and 4 months of cooperation, 2 completed editions.What distinguishes my work on this project?1. Huge autonomy and even kinda leaving many decisions and matters solely in my care.2. The need for comprehensive implementation of the event - production + promotion.3. A lot of positively spent time, learning and experience in cooperation with Mick Griffin (Brand24) and Grzegorz Borowski (Infoshare).So what did I do during the production of both editions of the Pipeline Summit?- Everything.But seriously, it was:- Speakers' service (transport, accommodation),- Production (venue planning and implementation),- Marketing (communication on Social Media, FB ads, email marketing),- Production of graphics and animations for promotion,- Participant service,- Attracting participants,- Active offline promotion and spreading brand awareness.To sum up - it was a great time during which I had to learn many things and verify my knowledge in practical application. Time spent on learning your own weaknesses and learning how to manage your own time in the project. -
