I worked as a devoted Power Plant Incharge, in charge of overseeing and guaranteeing the flawless execution of all plant operations. My primary duties included organising external service teams, keeping records and files current, and maintaining maintenance schedules. I led from the front, building a culture of teamwork and collaboration among my 25-person team through efficient communication. To strengthen safety rules and give my employees a safe working environment first priority, I developed the 5S method. I successfully oversaw the plant's operations by staying informed and keeping lines of communication open. I also performed timely services and maintenance to maximise efficiency. along with upkeep.One of my greatest accomplishments was managing the plant's successful installation of new engines, which led to appreciable operational gains. In addition, I put cost-cutting measures in place that helped the facility financially overall.I continuously made sure that the power plant ran efficiently by coordinating with multiple departments like HR and the electric team as well as outside service teams, drawing on my significant operational knowledge.My ability to lead, communicate clearly, and make quick decisions was crucial in overcoming the difficulties in maintaining the efficient running of the plant and its ancillary equipment.The results I achieved throughout my term were highly appreciated, as evidenced by the fact that my department got two quarterly awards and one annual best award from the head office.Additionally I have a good knowledge about computer programes/Applications like, MS word, oracle, inventory module etc.
