-Transferred patient demographics for over 400 patients from paper into Intergy Health Records Facilitated the administering of Exercise Test and the Electrocardiogram (EKG) for upwards of 5 to 6 patients. -Analyzed patient visits and determined that a noticeable group of the patients did not come for a second scheduled visit then recommended reaching out to these patients via phone or email to encourage revisits to increase the return rate for the medical facility.
