During this gap in my work experience, I took a deliberate and enriching break to base myself in Zurich, Switzerland. This period allowed me to work at a bar and travel around Europe, immersing myself in diverse cultures while also learning a new language.

During my tenure as a Customer Service representative at Services Australia, I provided exceptional service to clients.
