I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in cell and molecular biology, and completing a minor in Medicine, Health, and Culture. With this combination of studies, I hope to better understand how social inequalities affect the quality of healthcare marginalized groups receive. I plan to expand my knowledge of racial and ethnic disparities within healthcare to ensure I can provide equitable patient care as a future healthcare professional.
