I have a strong passion for sharks and their conservation, so I spent 3 months volunteering in Fiji. My role there involved survey diving, shark tagging, mangrove reforestation and much more. One of the main purposes was collecting data; whether that was the variety and frequency of shark sightings on dives, or for example the density of mangrove.
