Software Engineer
While working at Cisco as a Full Stack Software Engineer I worked within the Incubation team at the Customer and Partner Experience branch. This was an extremely exciting and rewarding experience as I was able to be a part of innovation and creation as an intern. I developed an interface for customers and partners to be able to see, on a visual level, all the products that they have purchased and how they are connected. This website allows people to see all of their products and determine any redundancies. Determining these redundancies helps with the VP of Customer and Partner Experience's goal of reducing Cisco's carbon footprint by 2040.During these 12 weeks, I ensured all of our programs were easy to use and bug free. Using a keen eye, I developed software and tools in support of many of our high-impact technology platforms such as operating systems, networks, databases, and more. While we’re growing in the software business, I'll still need to see the big picture and watch for hardware compatibility while even potentially influencing design. I played a crucial role in driving next-gen software innovations including cloud, mobile, desktop, and security spaces. On these teams I get hands-on experience working with applications that make technology accessible no matter what device they’re on. See the possibilities when creativity meets design and build solutions that will transform how Cisco works, lives, learns, and plays.

Software Engineer
- I worked with a 15 person team to develop internal websites that the Cisco Sales team could utilize to coordinate their expenses and profits correctly. I showcased a sustainable track record of creating and driving transformation strategies for Sales along with deep digital technology experience. I displayed my comfort in agile environments where business and technology leaders regularly engage in detailed problem-solving. I worked as a trusted advisor to business leaders in defining digital transformation from vision, and strategy to execution. Over the course of four months, I created 4 different website mockups and edited 2 internal websites.- As a Business Analyst, I displayed my strong technical and functional knowledge in Oracle e-Biz Suite, SFDC, and any Commerce Quoting and Ordering platform. Cisco is also a rapidly changing environment, and I was able to work with technology developers and architects in explaining business requirements while working in an agile methodology.- My responsibilities included driving business requirements, User Experience, and proving innovation to drive and improve Seller Experience for the top strategic programs. I also defined and built Business Capabilities. I was their ideal candidate as I have domain business expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, SaaS, Recurring Revenue, Sales, and related business processes and deep expertise in new & emerging digital technologies including, but not limited to the Salesforce platforms, Advanced Analytics, API Management. I worked closely with many stakeholder teams across a matrix organization structure. I also conducted a deep analysis of various attributes (e.g., product, technology, business entity, customer) to determine key drivers, and assisted business functions with data analysis for business/value case development for key strategic initiatives.
