I am an Executive in ENSafrica’s Dispute Resolution practice and Insurance practice group. I focus primarily on insurance and reinsurance related matters, and I have a particular interest in insurance claims disputes and complex insurance claims. I have extensive experience and a depth of expertise in dealing with insurance disputes and in analysing insurance programs. I also have experience in dealing with construction disputes as well as general commercial litigation matters. I have been substantially involved in a large number of complex insurance matters, including in the context of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the July 2021 Riots and Civil Unrest. I have a specific expertise in and an in-depth knowledge of commercial business insurance covers.
