Having recently stepped back from the professional steering wheel, I am now working within the Human Resources function. I worked for 10 months with Americold Transport Limited Lurgan as an HR Administrator where I really cut my teeth in a generalist capacity whilst completing CIPD L3 at home. I am now undertaking the role of Recruitment Assistant with Moy Park Craigavon where I will be involved in all aspects of office based and specialist recruitment for this extremely successful and forward thinking company.Continually working on my own personal development in the workplace, I am now studying for my Payroll Management L3 Diploma which will further expand my understanding of the wider HR function.
