Alongside my main role I also worked in a PA role to the managing directors, my tasks included minute taking, letter writing, report compilation, message taking, faxing and copying documents. I arranged events, and meetings and prepared documents and reports with, and in the absence of, the managing director. I also helped with the filing and data retrieval of invoices, case notes and accounts. Being highly organised and thorough made it easy to maintain my primary role alongside this additional role.

Using renowned tracing tools and techniques to identify the locations of missing agreement holders and third parties. Working with police and investigations teams, garages, Citizens Advice Bureau, Lawyers and disgruntled and often difficult customers; which involves efficient communication on all levels.Achievements:Tracking down the geographical location of individuals and goods where arrears payments are late or unpaid. Instructed to either reclaim the goods, clear outstanding payments, make investigations or conduct interviews.Worked on up to 90 individual cases simultaneously, requiring excellent organisational and mediation skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure. Also operating an efficient diary system enabling me to keep up-to-date on the management of my case load, investigations and staff management and appraisal duties.Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, in dealing with colleagues and clients both via telephone and in written correspondence. Report writing is a major part of my role. These are sent to the client to summarise the case and used for the legal proceedings if legal action is required.I was the sole account manager and main point of contact in charge of collections for six major finance companies including BNP Paribas and British Credit Trust, I was also back up contact for my colleagues accounts, as a good member of staff I maintained excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues clients.I dealt with fraudulent cases and have been asked to investigate and write reports on them and personally uncovered a long firm fraud case in Leicester for Banque PSA and reported this to AVCIS with a report.
