- Advised and mentored over 110 students in order to increase retention and alleviate stress of first generation students (lussi.lehigh.edu)- Researched target areas of first gen concerns, collaborated with experts, and arranged series of events for the personal and professional growth of students.- Restructured the Lehigh University Student Scholars Institute by introducing mentorship and a capstone project to increase the effectiveness of assistance to first generation college students. - Increased administrative efficiency of LUSSI by collaborating with University Administration- Organized, promoted and recruited students for a three week intensive college preparatory experience- As the primary advocate for first gen students, helped establish the first "first gen center" on Lehigh University's campus, now known as the Office for Student Access and Success

Assisted lead teacher in coordinating lesson plans and monitoring student progress during class activities. Ensured safety of all students ages 7 to 13 throughout the camp while making sure they were enjoying themselves. Created a nourishing environment by collaborating with other counselors and teachers and by maintaining an open line of communication with staff, students and parents.

Shadowed a Gastrointestinal Physician and Physician Assistant to enhance my knowledge about provider and patient interactions as well as to observe the job responsibilities of a physician assistant. Observed and learned about hospital system management in regards to patient care, specifically making all patient's medical history available to all providers to increase efficacy.
