Fundraising for the Boston University Alumni Relations Office

Gained experience in sales and marketing at one of the leading media and advertising sales houses for higher education and recruitment in the UK. Responsibilities included graphic designing newsletters, emails, and digital and print advertisements on Adobe Creative Suite.

Full-time, door-to-door advocate and fundraiser in general metropolitan Boston for two political action, nonprofit organizations. Daily face-to-face contact with public at front doors to promote and discuss political and social issues, ask for signatures on petitions, and obtain contributions. Promoted to “field manager” after second week based on results, requiring daily supervision of teams for the rest of the summer. Received “Top Earner” distinction every week based on contributions received.

Telephone fundraised money for the Hillel. Reached goal of $29,000 for 2012.
