This project included optimizing Virtual Accounts, Cash Collection, Merchant Accounts, FX Trading, and comprehensive B2B Payments solutions.Key responsibilities involved ensuring that all transactions were conducted securely and in compliance with top regulatory authorities, including FCA, PSR, MSB, EMI, and ERM. The project also integrated essential certifications into process definitions, such as ISO 27001, CREST, and Cyber Essentials, ensuring robust security and regulatory adherence.

As a Product Owner, my responsibility was to engage with cross-functional Teams to improve two main applications used by End Users and Dell`s Partners. Since many processes were outdated, I had a constant workflow job to identify and clarify new business rules and validate them among Teams and Users.By synchronizing business rules to each prototype created, I was the owner of the information. Analyzing data, avoiding impacts, and defining the final goal to be implemented. I had many activities to execute, but mostly I use to create and validate roadmaps, negotiate deliveries, plan sprints, create and break down user stories and test cases, follow-up issues and progress, present deliveries and validate increments during UATs. By using tolls such as Azure DevOps, MIRO, Tableau, Confluence, Toad (SQL), Postman, Axure, based on Scrum framework, I was able to detail business needs, access data, create and present plans and solutions, update dashboards and backlogs, generate data versioning, and dissiminate information among all envolves, to better achieve the product`s goals. I was able to implement many new functionalities and migrate many legacy screens over these two applications. Each screen with a specific approaches like Administrative, product listing and selling, maintenance, geolocation, workflows, integrations, including design and usability.

As a Business Analyst, my main responsibility was to interact with foreign owners of a software, built for Insurance Companies, to understand their needs. I was part of all steps of software development lifecycle, since interviewing Users, creating roadmaps, KPIs, documenting business rules, workflows, prototyping screens, mapping scenarios, defining and breaking down user stories and test cases, updating management tools, planning sprints, estimating deliveries, helping the Team, following-up, presenting, UAT validation and monitoring implementations.For a customizable product, I had cross-functional Teams that had to deal with different fronts such as cars parts selling and trading, geolocalization, CRM, sinister, among others, defined for each different Insurance Company brand. It was necessary create several Jira management product to track all users stories, issues and implementations.Working based on Scrum framework, the activities were planned, reviewed and delivered following the lifecycle agile steps. In addition, sometimes it was necessary to create RFI, RFQ and/or RFP documentations to be sent to Insurance Companies as a Client request.Basically, the product was already available in several countries, but Brazil. And our goal was to translate all applications and update business rules according to national laws. UX and UI were applied and discovery techniques included to best fit the whole product in Brazil.
