This fund is an intersectional feminist, participatory grant-making collaborative that supports all girls & women to exercise their right to play on an equal playing field. It funds new & radical solutions that reimagine sport; that challenge the status quo around gender roles & discrimination, & that advance gender justice in sport across all levels.The MENA Advisory Committee is tasked to determine the strategic direction of the ONSIDE Fund & participate in key governance & grant-making decisions including establishing & piloting decision-making structures, setting eligibility criteria for grantees, participating in the selection of grantees, sharing learning expectations, & supporting communications, information sharing, fundraising & awareness.

Conducted a business model canvas workshop to develop Khateera's business model, supported the design of the team structure, built Khateera’s 3-year financial model, and supported the development of the investor pitch deck.

Supported the design of Unlocking Markets, an export program tailored for women-owned or led businesses, developed program specific material including the work plan & selection criteria, catalyzed the expansion of a select number of companies to the Saudi, Qatari, & Emirati Markets, as well as, facilitated strategic partnerships & international growth opportunities.

Supported the design of SDG Impact Jordan’s COVID-19 Private Sector Response Program to aid companies & help them navigate through times of uncertainty, supported the development of program specific material, led the sourcing & selection effort of companies, as well as, managed the servicing of selected companies.

Collaborated in the search and selection process of high-impact entrepreneurs in Jordan. Ensured that they met the profile of Endeavor Entrepreneurs based on Endeavor’s globally established criteria & selection process. Primary responsibilities included to directly manage a portfolio of entrepreneurs, oversee the search & servicing efforts of direct reports, facilitate productive advisory board meetings, & recruit junior mentors. Played a leadership role in setting priorities, managing relationships with key stakeholders & developing the Entrepreneur Selection & Growth team.Selected Endeavor FellowThe Endeavor Fellows Program is a leadership development program aimed to accelerate the growth and potential of key Endeavor staff across 36 countries around the world, who are at an inflection point in their Endeavor careers. Through this program, Endeavor aims to increase the impact that these individuals have on the organization and its Entrepreneurs, by becoming leaders and mentors within their teams, offices, and the organization.

Ensured that they meet the profile of Endeavor Entrepreneurs based on Endeavor’s globally established criteria & selection process. Primary responsibilities included to build a pipeline of candidates for selection, interact with candidates as directed by supervisors, & support servicing companies once selected.

Work directly with the CEO of AwareManager on a Data Warehousing Project. Tasks include research and evaluation of candidate report writers and business intelligence tools, especially in terms of data connection to MySQL, and produce a company wide training on the final selected report writer/business intelligence tool.

Educational opportunity to learn about the design, fabrication, and erection of steel structures, observe the factory process of manufacturing steel, research potential partners, and compile reports on competitors, as well as, support the production of promotional material.
