Worked with the Malaysian Institute for Strategic and International Studies (ISIS Malaysia), the Economic Planning Unit (EPU) and WWF Malaysia. My responsibilities included reviewing international environmental policy for application to Malaysia, analysing current Malaysian progress towards sustainability, and researching and writing a document to advise businesses on sustainable performance which was later published as a book.

I worked night and weekend shifts at the Chai during an extremely busy month for them, during the Edinburgh Festival. My duties included serving customers, learning and serving the different preperations for the different teas, preparing food, and washing up in the kitchen.

Experimented with several different learning applications such as Scratch and StarLogo by MIT, and settled on producing a simple graphical finite automata application in C using OpenGL.
