I am a young, ambitious entrepreneur who opened a premium venue with my sister in 2021 at the age of 20. Being the co-founder of a new and exciting Bar and Restaurant in Lincoln has opened up numerous opportunities and allowed me to push boundaries and I am constantly working outside of my comfort zone to achieve new and exciting experiences. Cognito Bar and Restaurant is a Japanese Fusion that specialises in cocktails and a sharing-style food concept, using fresh and local produce.In 2022 I also was nominated for Lincolns 30 under 30s, and recently graduated in June 2022 with first-class honours at SHMS IHTTI situated in Switzerland. During my time at the university, I completed two internships both in London: Firstly, The Arts Club in Mayfair which is one of the most prestigious private member's clubs in the world. Here I was a bartender that worked across 5 different styled bars. Secondly, The May Fair Bar where I started a management training programme which unfortunately got cut short due to COVID-19. After Lockdown my sister and I relaunched my family's pub (The Pyewipe Inn), bringing new procedures, launching their first cocktail menu and rehiring a new team. Cognito followed shortly after allowing us to renovate, project manage and design the space during the second lockdown while completing my final year of studies online.
