As a Art Director my responsibilities varied across strategy, marketing, and graphic design. Through analyzing revenue results, researching local competition and identifying opportunities to establish a strong brand presence I developed NoMo SoHo's 2019 Marketing Plan. I created artistic concepts, campaign strategies, and maintained graphic consistency across digital and printed materials. I also managed digital advertising and all aspects of social media for @TheNoMoSoHo and @NoMoKitchen from content creation to influencer collaborations and follower engagement.

I assisted in developing and implementing a training plan for SharePoint users in the Northwest, which I later managed and coordinated. I was able to further develop my marketing and communication abilities as the team lead in a Communication project targeting our 12,000 users by facilitating strategy meetings, consulting on a re-design and information architecture of the internal NW Resource site, identifying the appropriate tools, and producing a powerful message to promote user adoption.

With the NW IT SharePoint team I developed a plan for Kaiser Permanente employees to support the cultural shift towards integrating innovative technology and social media collaboration tools. I facilitated bi-monthly community calls for 2,000 end users by organizing an agenda, creating a PowerPoint presentation, sending out the invitation with a job aid, and setting up the WebEx.

As a support associate I demonstrated my commitment to providing the best service possible by building strong relationships with my team and customers.

I started my journey at Free People as a Stylist, I maintained an eye for detail and effectively communicated with clients to achieve their desired look. I grew into my role as a Social Media Specialist, where I was responsible for maintaining the stores Instagram and Facebook. I styled and photographed weekly shoots to generate brand awareness and increase sales.

As an Intern for the District Attorney I was responsible for reviewing emails, completing spreadsheets, and conducting research for preparation of legal documents.
