As a Technical Editor, I edited, clarified and proofread technical documentation for developers and engineers, including how-to-guides, case studies, and API reference documents pertaining to eQ’s software offerings, namely DaaS, data integration, migration, analytics, For-Purpose applications, and cloud services.As a Content Writer, I worked with the Digital Marketing Team and developed social media copies, emailers, PR articles, newsletters, and videos, and provided content for marketing campaigns pertaining to new product releases, product updates, and Gartner conferences; I also edited and proofread marketing content by other members of my team. Additionally, I worked closely on the CSR initiatives of the company, bringing to the forefront the efforts taken by eQ towards the upliftment of marginalised communities.

At ISL, I oversaw a team of 4 for a web-redesign project. My team successfully completed the project within an accelerated timeframe of 1 month. My responsibilities included improving the overall user experience, simplifying the content, developing an intuitive information architecture, and improving the visual design of the website. My team also incorporated various interactive elements on the website like: dynamic carousels featuring projects by ISL's participants, number counter to showcase its impact, and CTAs.I also worked as a Digital Marketing Associate, developing a social media plan and creating outreach collaterals like social media posts, presentations and posters
