- Responsible for Pre-qualification requirement for incoming bidding projects and submit it via email or portal site- Conduct site inspection for new projects in the Philippines- Responsible for technical documents for ongoing bidding projects which consist of manpower and time allocation, proposed schedule via MS Project, creates organizational chart with aid of MS Visio , assist in creating S-Curve and Cashflow ,and any other technical documents required by client and project manager as part of the technical submission- Conduct quantity takeoff for architectural finishes using Planswift and Microsoft Excel- Assist in generating BOQ for interior fit-out projects- Request quotations to various suppliers as specified on the material design and specification of every project- Attends bidding clarification and interview together with senior QS engineer and head QS engineer- Responsible for creating technical presentation used for technical meeting during bidding tender interviews- Collate and assist in creating QS Department Manual for further use of the department and for ISO accreditation

- Responsible for site documentation which include test reports, project percentage completion, photos and reports- Responsible for punch list works under Architectural works- Responsible for the weekly project report and updates to Project Manager, and subcontractors supervised by the Project-In Charge- Coordinates to the Project-In Charge (PIC) all concerns of the client, and the Building admin.- Coordinate all design related approvals to the purchasing and procurement team- Handles site manpower and instruct architectural works to be done as specified in construction plans to meet the construction schedule- Responsible for collating all documents required for PEZA building permit application- Assist in completion of Operation & Maintenance Manual (OMM) require for close-out documents

- Estimate construction materials such as roofing, paintworks, doors, windows and other finishes according to architectural design- Construct as-built drawings in AUTOCAD- Ocular site visit of projects - Procure and contact suppliers- Inventory of suppliers and construction materials
