At Indihood, my role is threefold. First, I talk to clients to understand their requirements and match these against the functionalities of our platform. I then lead a group of solution engineers to create these apps for our clients. Lastly, I work with software engineers to ensure upcoming platform developments align with what I’m hearing from our clients and our internal roadmap.Once we deliver technology to partners/clients, I create support infrastructure, including on-call engineering, to minimise downtime.

As a Program Manager at Google, I lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. My projects span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's my job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.Responsibilities- Manage large projects from concept to launch, developing and coordinating realistic project estimates, plans, and/or metrics, working and communicating effectively with Engineering, Product Management, Quality Assurance, Operations and customers.- Setup and manage in-house/outsourced project execution teams with associated processes to ensure successful completion of the program.- Understand Google products, internal tools and processes and leverage those to push automation and increase work efficiency.- Monitor, measure and communicate project progress, potential risks and delays and team performance to program teams, executives and other sponsors. Take the lead in driving cross-office collaboration and resolving any site-related differences.- Contribute to global company-wide planning processes that include budgeting, project prioritization, headcount planning, forecast management and variance analysis.
