I am passionate about designing creative solutions rooted in user experience research, focusing on organizational efficiency, and identifying opportunities to add value to our internal and external clients experience. I have designed and managed a cross-functional UI/UX project that has enhanced our clients facilitation of our EQ content, thus increasing sales of our certification programs and training materials. I am energized by cultivating relationships within my organization and with clients. I support our domestic and international Training and Coaching programs, including Train the Trainer programs.As a participant of TalentSmartEQ's DEIB committee, I collaboratively design learning experiences to facilitate meaningful conversations in an effort to create an environment of belonging. I cofacilitate in-person and virtual experiences company wide. I was selected to assist in onboarding of new personnel. Additionally, I host TalentSmartEQ's quarterly Webinars with our Directors of Training Subject Matter Experts. I also contribute to thought leadership by writing blog posts tying EQ application to our everyday lives.I graduated Tulane University in New Orleans Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Cultural Anthropology, and certificates in Business Management and Spanish. I am also interested in continuing my education in the field of Industrial Organizational Psychology.
