I currently handle crew connections, I create comprehensive newsletters weekly in order to alert all crew to any immediate or soon to come changes and/or updates in information pertaining to movie show times, any influxes in attendance, address issues for staff and guest and how to handle these instances when they come up, and changes in menu and any savings/deal opportunities that AMC is rolling out or bring to an end. I over see training of crew leads and assist in any training that they are doing as well.Have experience maintaining and handling inventory, through weekly monitoring I was able to gauge the rate at which our product is used during both peak and low performance periods of time, and handled ordering of food, beverages and promotional items.

Maintained a supervisor position over the floor members. I was tasked with leading and developing the crew to their essential functions, and perfecting their abilities, as well as training new crew members in their role and the essential tasks they must complete. I not only lead but took responsibility for the quality in which the crew and I completed the daily and essential floor tasks. Outside of guiding the crew day-to-day, I also oversaw storage and stocking of the concession stand with all necessary materials to ensure that the day ran smoothly.

Tasked with handling guest interactions, I kept a calm demeanor in high stress situations, as well as handled guest questions which I handled successfully by staying up to date in my companies' latest updates. It was a requirement to multitask daily, and I could communicate effectively with guests and coworkers, handle money, accurately count back change, and handle food preparation.
