Project :MRT Phase 2, Jajaran Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (Underground package)Job description:• Inspection of civil and structural works on site• Witness test and work procedures regarding grouting works, Deep Soil Mixing, Secant Bore Pile for ground improvement works.• Witness test and work procedures regarding shotcrete activity, waterproofing, ground anchor construction, rock anchor construction and rock bolt construction for earth retaining structure works.• Witness test and work procedures regarding temporary structures, crane foundation, micropile.• Ensure all the construction process and material used is according to approved drawings, Material & Workmanship Specification as per MRT Corporation Sdn Bhd, approved Method Statements (MST), and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP).• Quality control of concrete/materials to be used for the construction, before deliveries and after deliveries on site, with control documents (Material Submission Approval and Material Receiving Inspection form)• Inspection for material delivery on yard and site, daily checking on material storage.• Involves, witness and ensure testing of materials at site and laboratory is according to standards and speifications. (Slump test, concrete compressive strength test, Unconfined Compressive Strength test, tensile test, Permeability test, SPT, SLT, PIT, Rebound hammer test, Lugeon test, Pumping test, Pull out test, etc)• Review calibration certificates, verification certificates of machines used for testing.• Review, record and update testing reports in weekly log records.• Administrative functions, for various sites.• Prepare daily detailed reports logging work progress for quality assurance purposes.• Attend weekly meetings and discussion with Operation team, consultant, sub-contractors and client’s representative.• Involved in audit by MGKT and MRT Corporation Sdn Bhd.• Issuance and closing of IAR, NCR and SWO for defective and non-comply works.
