• Managing all the Senior International Representative (SIR) reporting to MDeC (SIRs are located in Singapore, India, Japan, North America, US and UK);• Managing all In• Assisting in preparing the materials for meetings or events;• Assisting Sir's Events and Business Missions;• Managing their Payroll, claims, invoicing and other related matters;• Also assisting the inbound activities for the Sr. Managers and Managers.• Met schedule using excellent planning and coordination skills.

 • Responsible in communicating with the respective countries in negotiating and purchasing the International Circuit on behalf of DHL Malaysia;• Responsible in maintaining the approved budget which have been provided by the Management for all purchases;• Responsible in managing the local vendors for the setup of new DHL sites in Malaysia and Asia Pacific region.• Maintained procurement records, generating monthly contract activity reports within timeframe.• Validated monthly business needs, informing procurement planning and sourcing decisions.• Participated in negotiations, establishing and reviewing purchase of local and international circuits for new office setup.
