Contract Department.• Received and proceed daily work-site timesheet for supervisors signature.• Updating the number of manpower working at site – daily basis. • Monitor on FI work progress to evaluate the completion of works.• Estimated cost of work done FI, day works timesheet, measurement of scaffolding works, spading works, piping works and purchased materials.• Updating the master data summary of FI works, claim status and payment.• Analyse of payment certificate to prepare the monthly progress claims and issued invoice to client.• To review, verify, record data of Sub-contractors claims based on manpower timesheet, scaffolding reports, supplied materials, rental equipment's, etc.

Coordinating Foreign Employment Visa.• Assists of foreign employment visa’ applications such as Special Work Pass, Professional Visa.• Request Visa’s application to BSP, EDPMO Labour dept and Immigration dept.• Updating employee’s visa in system data.• Record data and analyze of employees passports / visa’s expiring date.• Assist with off and on signer crews.• Coordinating and providing timely information to Client’s company regards Work Permit Visa under Maersk Drilling, Dowell Schlumberger, Westerngeco, POSH Concorde, EPI, MEO, Ampelmann.

TELBRU - FTTH Project.• As a Team leader of claim department.• To Assist of QA/QC documentations / materials.• Certifying all Sub-Contractors claims for approval and back charge to TELBRU.

Telbru - FTTH Project• Maintains administrative staff by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.• Purchase materials, provides office supplies, procedures and work schedules.• Compiling the Home-Connect daily report for claiming and updating.• Proceed with the Invoices, payments and payrolls.

TELBRU - FTTH Project.• Certifying Huawei for Home-Pass and Home-Connect claims.• Verifying Sub-Contractors Claims.• Liaise of purchase order and issue Invoice to our Main-Contractor (Huawei).• Analysing and accepting material orders from TELBRU warehouse.

Monitoring DDS Sewerage System at JKR.• Monitor and update the pump stations status based on water level, running pumps and any faulty pump status.• Prepare on daily, weekly, monthly reports.• Prepare work schedule and attendance reports.• To reset on the faulty / blinking Multi-trode controller at site.
