Operations Supervisor
Current• Assist in the training, onboarding, organization, assignment, scheduling, and evaluation of approximately 60 associates at any given time.• Collaborating with different government entities and additional resources for associates facing a range of different abilities and vocational challenges. • Leading the development and teaching standards and certifications in Customer Service, Safety, and Ready to Work Standards.• Collaborate on grant administration and redemption. Reach out to local communities by partnering with community agencies to assist those whom they serve and provide service opportunities for groups and individuals. We currently have six community organization grant recipients receiving approximately 12,000 dollars in grants each fiscal year.• Work with over one hundred individual recipients that receive upwards of 100,000 dollars in aid each year.• Collaborate with other locations in the shipping out of approximately 8 million pounds of shoes and clothing that are shipped to more than 50 countries to aid people suffering from adversity and disaster around the world yearly.• Foster partnerships with community colleges, applied technology centers, and other institutions that offer training courses for our associates.• Keep detailed documentation and case notes and assure that all confidential information is handled with discretion.• Help people—many of whom are refugees and immigrants—develop employable skills and learn self-reliance. • My customer-focused approach to delivering superior levels of customer service reflected in my survey feedback, customer service scores, and yearly performance review. Achieved an average operational review score of 99% over the past 6 years.• Assisted with all financial reporting, statements, and audits. Entered and maintained accurate financial data. Review monthly financial reports for accuracy and to monitor cash flow and expenditures of the program's operational budget.
