Posted in Shanghai (China), responsible for the Project & Construction Management of the Spanish Pavilion and its Contents for the 2010 Shanghai Universal Expo. Subsequently, responsible for all Project Management assignments. Reporting directly to the president of the company.Main tasks: Management of client relations, controlling the project work, involved in tendering and awarding the works, and controlling the quality, cost and schedules of the projects in progress.Achievements: Efficient management meant that the Pavilion was completed ten days before schedule and substantially below the original tender budget. Rest of the projects were completed on schedule and to the client's complete satisfaction.
