Responsible for the IHCL Flagship Property - The Taj Mahal Palace and Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai Major contribution to Room Revenue Management, with support to ancillary areas with formulating Revenue Management working models for Restaurants & Banquet Sales with overlooking Total Hotel Revenue Management.Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily analysis of pick-up, pricing, strategize adjustments, and deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders.- Perform competitive benchmark overview and monitor market trends to capitalize on opportunities.- Provide weekly dynamic forecasts, highlighting expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.- Manage and optimize third-party distribution strategies, including assessment, analysis, and pricing of group business.- Analyse monthly hotel performance, compile periodical progress, and recommend long-term improvement strategies.- Ensure all operational systems are configured correctly, validated, and operating at full capacity.- Maintain and update the hotel website booking process to ensure functionality and user-friendliness.- Collaborate closely with sales and reservations departments to align strategies and achieve revenue goals, ensuring compliance and efficiency.- Implement best practices in competitor analysis, environmental scanning, and market modelling.
