▪ Manage finance, administration and legal documentations of Myanmar Representative office▪ Accountable for quality, production, manufacturing efficiency targets and Social & Environmental Affairs (SEA) in Myanmar, Vietnam and India's apparel factory of each at least 500K monthly capacity of socks production▪ Manage relationship with factory top management and HR to ensure quality threshold and output is maintained at targeted level, without compromising workers health/safety and their rights. ▪ Manage and ensure factory’s social and environmental issues to abide requirements by Adidas SEA affairs (as main customers are Adidas). ▪ Lead a team of QA/QC members to ensure quality control and setting up control systems to detect drifts in quality. ▪ Work with factory’s management team to solve bottleneck issues at factory’s production areas to ensure smooth operational flow and for on time delivery deadlines.▪ Ensure no major flaws or defects in products, starting from the Pre-Production sample, Top of Production sample and till final packing by using AQL auditing▪ Overseeing operations in Myanmar/India/Vietnam factories
