Provide analytical, actionable and valuable advice on finance related matters to GAM UK senior management team for ongoing business performance, financial analysis, forecasting and strategic planning processesTo ensure the overall integrity, timeliness and completeness of GAM UK Institutional financial and management reporting packagesServes as the primary liaison between Finance counterparts with GAM Toronto, US and Asia, and the GAM Institutional business line globallyWork closely with UK-based Financial Control teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of GAM-UK financial results by providing leadership for month-end close processes and related deliverablesProvide in-depth analysis and breakdown of AUM, Revenue and Expenses, to facilitate timely decision-making and interpretation of business results.Effectively lead the planning process with local business heads and the management committee on timelines, expectations and proactively present business and financial trajectory for strategic decision- making.Effectively understand, communicate and lead financial implications and analysis of GAM UK sub-advisory and intra-group relationships with GAM Canada, Asia and GAM US.Work on business-led presentations, communicate business strategy and provide in-depth financial and business review to diverse stakeholders
