With a decade of experience in operations and project coordination, my mission as Co-Founder & Operations Director at ABC is to leverage my expertise in nonprofit organizations to foster community development. At ABC, our goal is to create accessible cycling opportunities for Palestinian children, aligning with our culture of empowerment and inclusion. My role involves strategizing fundraising initiatives, optimizing project operations, and spearheading outreach efforts that resonate with our organization's values.Since April 2021, I have been at the forefront of ABC's innovative bike club project, enhancing cycling access and integrating the program within community networks to amplify impact. My strategic planning, donor funding management, and staff training are pivotal in expanding club activities. I've ensured our project's financial sustainability while nurturing a team that shares our vision for making a meaningful difference in the communities we serve.
