I am a University of Southern California Alumnus, who majored in Health and Human Sciences with an emphasis in Gerontology and a minor in Psychology.My goal is to help improve the quality of care for older adults in the future and allow for each person to reach their full potential: physically, mentally, and emotionally. I'm extremely passionate about breaking down misconceptions about the aging process and the limitations that are assumed to come with it.I am currently trying to hone my communication skills in any and every possible form through working at the Disneyland Resort. I have experience in various departments throughout the Resort, finding myself working alongside people of all backgrounds as we try to give the best possible services for guests from all over the world. Coming from a low-income family into a private, predominately-white institution, studying at USC while also working for the largest entertainment company has taught me invaluable skills: patience, time-management, problem-solving, and how to work in various team settings. I try my best to make sure that everyone involved feels included and validated, especially for POC and underrepresented communities.
