- Prepare documentation (Site plan, LCP report, Forms, cover letters, etc.) for Development Order (DO) and Land Conversion submission to Local Authority and Land Office respectively- Attend meeting with client and consultants- Site visit to analyze and take photos- Liaise with client and consultants (Architect, Engineer, Surveyor, etc.)

- Receive hourly order and collect items as prescribed in order for outbound

- Receive new books and arrange on the shelves for online posting- Receive online orders and packed into parcel based on the order

- Assisting in kitchen duties- Operate cashier and attend to customer's orders

- Stocking up goods and assisting customers on retail.- Assisting with store related task like receiving stocks (Inbound), arranging stocks in store and liaise with retail to stock up shelves.- Prepare delivery order (Outbound) and packaging of items to be delivered to other outlets.

- Having sufficient knowledge on items such as electronics, electrical appliances, musical instruments, gadgets, etc.- Generate sales by assisting with customer’s inquiries and negotiating for best price.- Liaise with store on task for inbound and outbound of items- Ensure customers satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally.
