- Assist and maintain close communication with the VP of Engineering, Head of FEED and Bid Support, Engineering Manager and Tender Manager concerning tender activities for offshore platform topside and jacket.- Prepare management review presentations and lead weekly progress meetings on behalf of engineering and tender managers.- Issue weekly progress reports to monitor tender status and ensure deliverables are prepared and submitted on time. - Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to prepare deliverables (P&IDs, weight control report, process datasheets, master equipment list, master document list, etc.) and verify specifications to ensure that they are consistent with the basis of design.- Verify the process condition and sizing of the equipment, instrument and line based on the information provided by the client during tender to ensure specifications meet clients’ requirements.- Produce templates for material requisition and material take-off lists to be used for the issuance of deliverables.- Interface with project managers and other engineering disciplines to develop a responsibility assignment matrix to prevent double-dipping and improve efficiency.- Outsource specialist engineering tasks to subcontract companies.Completed projects:1.
