Convene 100+ summer program providers for Summits and professional developments annually in order to enhance the impact of summer camp on the region• Collaborate with summer programs, school districts, municipalities, and community partners to create over 10 new free summer programming for black and brown children in St. Louis by facilitating collaborative conversations and providing funding for the efforts• Create intentional connections between community resources, organizations, and supports with black and brown families in the region by hosting 3 community fairs in North County, the City of St. Louis, and Maplewood-Richmond Heights School Districts annually• Supervise full-time staff and interns to execute projects for Blueprint4 and Foundation needs• Distribute over $150,000 dollars in scholarship funding annually to ensure children are able to attend meaningful summer activities• Manage and implement the Blueprint4 family of platforms by analyzing data, enhancing partnerships, expanding research, and vetting programs• Attend over 40 community, school, and church events to promote and enhance brand awareness for Blueprint4• Utilize various technology and information platforms such as Google Analytics, Excel, and Data Studio to accurately assess progress and strategically plan to meet program goals• Oversee partner and licensee relationships for the Blueprint4 family of platforms to provide valuable and accurate resources to parents and families in the St. Louis region
