MOGUL.sg is a cutting-edge Real Estate platform harnessing geospatial technology to digitally enable home buyers, home renters, property sellers and Property agents in Singapore to search and sell in a SMART and hassle-free manner.I am mainly responsible to create real estate insights using geospatial technology, mainly ArcGIS products.• Performing data managing and cleaning to convert data into its desired form.• Produce reports on geographic data utilizing data visualizations.• Analyzing spatial data through the use of mapping software.• Discovering patterns and trends through spatial mapping of data.• Designing digital maps with geographic data and other data sources.

I, here at Colliers, mainly create comprehensive maps to enhance the decision-supporting system under the straight-forward supervision provided by Colliers.

I acquire urban footprints using deep learning platform and integrate the outcomes with Geographic Information System along with my four other team members.

At RecyGlo, I assisted my supervisor, Ms. Khine Myat Oo, in general. Moreover, I was tasked to translate project abstract. Besides, I was responsible to travel and implement for Biogas project. I as well contributed writing waste quarterly reports and analysis of yearly data.
