Created an EIC community/onboarding program, which led to 5.45 x higher net promoter score when measuring the sentiment of early in career members in our division versus the rest of Microsoft.2. Pitched the Project 3 to C+AI senior leadership, which influenced the creation of 3 additional early in career programs across C+AI.3. Organized Basecamp, the annual onboarding event which incorporates over 20 speakers including our division's CVP as well as the Directors of PM and Engineering. 4. Created an Intern Buddy program, which formed a community for interns to meet early in career members and feel at home.
