• Troubleshooting Network Issues (e.g. OSPF, BGP, IPSec Tunnel, etc).• Prepare the MOP file for network and firewall rules changes. • Configuration for new added VLAN, OSPF, Firewall Rules, etc.• Regular IOS upgrade for CISCO devices, Checkpoint Firewall Hotfix upgrade.• Ensuring all software/firmware versions are up to date.• Coordinating with third-party vendors as necessary and ensuring follow-up on hardware and software support issues.• Traffic monitoring, support documentation for yearly Audit, review the Network Baseline with Security Team• Maintaining accurate device inventory records for network devices

• Troubleshoot the Access and Core Metro Network (e.g. OSPF, BGP, MPLS, BGP, L2 VPN).• Configuration for DIA, DPLC, VPWS/VPLS.• Handling Tickets assigned by the NOC department to solve Customer complaints (such as DIA, DPLC, L2 service, etc.).• Traffic monitoring in core layer network.

• Execute CR (Change Request) of IP Metro networks.• Working with MW team to pass IP traffic through Microwave link.• Coordinate with Site Engineer to check Fiber link and power status before and after integration Site Router.• Support eBGP Peering to IXP with BO Team.• Troubleshoot the Access and Core Metro Network (e.g. OSPF, BGP, MPLS, BGP).• Upgrading IP network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases• Integrate New Site Router and Aggregation Router and insert Line Card (LPUI) to extend IP Metro Network.• Configuration for IP Transit link, DIA, DPLC, L2/L3 service, FTTx.• Handling Tickets assigned by the NOC department to solve Customer complaints (such as DIA, traffic congestion on metro networks caused by link down accidents, FTTx, DPLC, L2/L3 service, etc.).• Facebook Cache Server Installation Support - Configuration LACP, eBGP (advertise Mytel’s IPv4 and IPv6 public ip address to FNA serving the content) with BO team, Data Center Team and Facebook Team.
