Coordinated and assisted in executing international medical charity missions, providing surgical aid to children and adults with cleft lip and/or palate with lack of access to surgical care. Conducted rigorous credentialing and verification processes for medical volunteers, ensuring safe and quality care. Additionally, I arranged travel for volunteers, sourced mission supplies, and provided personalised support to over 200 volunteers. Maintained a positive and effective social media presence for the organisation resulting in a 20% increase in followers and engagement.

Successfully managed the supply chain and logistics for a medium-sized gold mine, leading a procurement team and strategically planning for efficient operations. Demonstrated exceptional project management skills, overseeing the installation and commissioning of major equipment for short- to mid-term capital projects. I acquired extensive knowledge of mining and metallurgical operations, including cyanide leaching and the Merrill Crowe technique. Handling multiple tasks and projects, meeting deadlines, and effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders were key strengths. Additionally, I initiated process mapping for the procurement and logistics division and successfully led a complex US$2 million processing plant expansion project over a 7-month period, collaborating with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
