Zaya’s priority is not only to educate her clients, but to remain educated in an ever-changing industry. Her educational background includes programs which are considered to be advanced in the field: Master of Science degree in Financial Planning, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration—Finance from the University of Northern Colorado and the completion of the CFP Certification Professional Education Program. With over a decade of experience in the industry, she is constantly pursuing new educational opportunities. Most recently her studies have centered on financial psychology and understanding client biases and helping clients mitigate those biases.Zaya immigrated to Colorado from Russia in the early two-thousands. She enjoys networking in the professional community and currently serves on the board of the Women's Fund of Weld County.
