The Group comprises mining and metallurgical assets in Ukraine, Europe and the US, complemented by a global sales network. Metinvest manages the complete production chain, from extracting iron ore and coal to manufacturing semi-finished and finished steel products. I have 12 years of experience in optimizing business processes of purchasing, production support, development and implementation of a procurement strategy and a production support strategy for enterprises.The efficiency of these strategies is confirmed by financial results and improves key indicators of the enterprise.
