I am an Afro-Puerto Rican student going into my third year at the University of Chicago, where I am pursuing a double major in Global Studies and Business Economics. This summer I had the pleasure of working at Cambridge Associates as an Investment Analyst Intern for the Global Investment Services team, where I am researching private investment portfolio managers and market trends to maximize client portfolio performance. On campus I work in the Office of Undergraduate Admissions as a student visit coordinator, giving tours and speaking with prospective families about the school. I hold a remote internship for Finpublica, an ESG finance company. I also work as a freelance consultant in my spare time with 9 current clients across fashion, tech, and other industries, mostly originating from a digital consulting company I started in 2020.Additionally I am a Second Year Associate Consultant for the Phoenix Development Fund, which is a nonprofit student run consulting organization focused on assisting local Chicago businesses. I recently became a member of the UChicago Chapter Cohort of the Diverse Leaders for Tomorrow, UChicago's inaugural cohot of the nationwide organization. I am also appreciative of my engagement with the Black Professional Society over the past few years. Lastly, I serve as a Resident Assistant for Thompson House in International House. Outside of academics and work I am invested in NCAA wrestling as a former varsity wrestler. I have become a White Sox and Bulls fan since I came to Chicago, and I will always be a Yankees and Patriots. In my free time I work on my own car as well as those of my friends to drive and drift and local events.
