Assisting SME to get grants in different aspects

During my time in service, I held the position of a 2IC, assuming the responsibility of overseeing my own section. There were occasions when our commanders were not present, requiring me to step up and provide guidance to my fellow service members during both peaceful periods and missions.Reflecting on this journey, I have gleaned invaluable insights. Foremost among them is the knowledge of how to earn the respect of my comrades and effectively lead them through various missions.

During my internship as a robotics teacher, I had the awesome opportunity to help kids learn how to make their robots do cool stuff. They could program their bots to battle each other or have exciting races. It was amazing to see how their imagination brought their ideas to life. I loved watching them explore and discover the awesome world of robotics and programming.
