While I am an American, I have studied, lived, and worked in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe for nearly 20 years. I’ve worked in diverse contexts and roles, with the government in the US, in investments in China, and in the fast-paced tech sector in Southeast Asia. I now balance multiple roles as a leadership coach, a facilitator, and a real-estate investor. I’ve found leadership coaching to be my calling, in this role, I journey with diverse individuals across the world to help them design more fulfilling and challenging lives. Our work together is not easy, it requires often painful introspection, boundary setting, and prioritization. Courage, compassion, and confidentiality guide our work together and I feel honored to be trusted as a coach and champion for my clients in this process. My international and cross functional leadership experience give me the language and context to understand the challenges faced by individuals, managers, and teams in organizations.A core part of my belief system is contribution and a responsibility toward others. I was a founding Board Member of the College of William and Mary’s Asian Pacific-Islander Middle Eastern, mentor with Open Door Policy, and volunteer coach at the Humanitarian Coaching Network.
