- New business development for the categories- Partnerships with Brands, Large Distributors, Banks, and other institutions.- Leading a team to regulate daily activities of the key accounts- Plan Monthly and Quarterly Sales, promotion of Brands, brand awareness. - Capitalizing the quality assortments for categories that includes products from Brands as well as large Retailers.- Making sure to onboard the Top Brands and sellers and provide visibility to them and increase their sales. - Being part of management team of the organization to achieve KPIs set by the central team & investors.- Commercial planning of the category by keeping alignment with all the internal functions. - Analyze market conditions and plan online campaigns to provide enough visibility for Brands and on product level. - Analyze sales metrics for Sub Categories.- Develop and drive Online/Onsite category strategy for Bangladesh market based on Daraz Central Team analogy- Planning and executing offline and online marketing campaigns for the business units.- Weekly and monthly trend analysis on category mix, page views, click rate and conversion as well identify correlation between discount and successful sell-out.
