Current➢Responsible for developing European market.➢ Responsible for Costing, Revenue, Profitability & over all production management by heading all departments of the factory.➢ Oversee and approve Quality standards of the Products.➢ Responsible for production planning, WIP & Merchandiser for almost 35 global brands➢ Responsible for international trade shows and participation➢ Sample planning and new design introduction for trade shows and bring in potential customers for the developed products➢ Responsible for Business development, Marketing, recruitment & Training of staffs for Inspection and Sales.➢ Attending International trade fairs regularly all over Europe to walk with the current trends & building client rapport & establishing them as Golden partners for the organization.➢ Oversee and approve vendor enlistments for procuring necessary raw materials. ➢ Responsible for company growth and build networks to scale up the company. ➢ Responsible for fund allocations, budgeting, capital management and investments. ➢ Build and generated revenue and profit for smooth operation of the company.
